These terms describe the policies that apply to Professor Detail Auto Care LLC's website and mobile auto-detailing services. Please review them before booking or authorizing service.
Last updated · August 16, 2026Professor Detail Auto Care LLC provides mobile auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related vehicle-care services. The scope of each appointment is based on the package, quote, and any approved add-ons agreed to for that vehicle.
Quotes and starting prices are based on the information available before service. Vehicle size, condition, contamination, pet hair, staining, oxidation, paint defects, and requested add-ons can affect the amount of work required.
If Professor Detail recommends work outside the agreed scope, the customer will be asked to approve that additional work before it is added to the service.
The customer is responsible for providing access to the vehicle and a safe, legal location where mobile service can be performed. Customers should remove valuables, important documents, medications, loose personal property, and other items they do not want moved during the detail.
Detailing and reconditioning can substantially improve a vehicle, but not every defect can be safely or completely removed. Deep scratches, etched paint, oxidation, permanent staining, worn materials, tears, cracking, previous repairs, and other existing damage may remain after service.
Paint correction is intended to reduce visible defects while preserving the paint system. Ceramic coatings add durable protection and easier maintenance, but they do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, damage-proof, or maintenance-free.
Professor Detail does not clean bodily fluids or biological waste, including blood, vomit, or feces.
If bodily fluids or biological waste are discovered when Professor Detail arrives or after work has begun, Professor Detail may refuse or stop the affected service. The vehicle must be appropriately remediated before detailing work can continue.
Because Professor Detail is mobile, appointments may depend on safe and suitable weather and worksite conditions. Rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, unsafe surroundings, or other conditions that could compromise the work or safety may require a service to be delayed or rescheduled.
Customers receiving a ceramic coating or paint-correction service should follow the aftercare and cure instructions provided by Professor Detail. Coating durability ranges are estimates and can vary based on vehicle use, storage, environmental exposure, washing methods, and maintenance.
Payment is due as agreed for the appointment unless another arrangement has been made in advance. Any appointment-specific deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, or other booking terms communicated to the customer at the time of booking also apply to that appointment.
Website descriptions, photographs, examples, package information, and pricing are provided for general information and may be updated as services evolve. Vehicle photos are examples of past work and do not guarantee an identical result on another vehicle.
